Two people, a woman and a man, are having a conversation at a modern kitchen counter in a home or apartment. This home was designed with an intention to create a cozy feeling with wood elements.

Entering the house, we are greeted with a stretch of full height cabinet and this is where the home owners keep their shoes. This cabinet was designed to seamlessly hide the bomb shelter that is behind as well as to keep the area clutter free.

This is a 4 room BTO and one of the common bedroom was hacked off so that the living and dining area will have more space for hosting. The soft finishing used are mostly neutral colours in tones of grey and beige. This complements the main feature of the house which are the wood elements and this really helps to soften the house to create a cozy feeling. Larger square tiles was used in the living and dining area to make the house look visually bigger.

As the home owners love to make coffee and drink alcohol, the dry pantry makes the perfect area to do so. Different types of lighting are used here as this is the key feature of the home. One of the feature would be the curved false ceiling with led lights and this helped to highlight the space

The master bedroom gives off a different feeling from the hosting area as the materials used here are different. To create a modern look, grey tinted aluminium glass was used for the wardrobe instead of wood laminates like the living and kitchen area.

Shower with beige tiled walls, overhead and handheld showerheads, a small shelf with a pump bottle of lotion, a bottle of pre-shampoo, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

Fluted glass was used for the master bathroom door and this adds on texture to the master bedroom but also complementing the wardrobe.
